Skills: Emergency Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Triage Protocols, Patient Assessment, Medication Administration, Electronic Health Records (EHR) Proficiency, IV Insertion, Wound Care, Crisis Intervention, Critical Thinking, Interpersonal Communication Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing., Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred; Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered with commitment to complete BSN within 3 years of hire., Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications., Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Department or acute care setting., Demonstrated ability to perform rapid patient assessments and critical interventions., Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills., Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment., Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
