Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field., 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development., Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying high-scale, production-grade applications., Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js)., Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization., Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles., Familiarity with cloud-native development and deploying applications on major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)., Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes., Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment., Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills., Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives is a plus.
