We are seeking a talented and passionate Instructional Designer to join our dynamic online learning team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and evaluating engaging and effective learning experiences for our diverse student population. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, faculty, and multimedia specialists to transform complex content into accessible, interactive, and outcomes-based online courses and modules. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and cutting-edge educational technologies to foster a rich and impactful learning environment.

Skills:
Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), Expertise in learning theories and their practical application, Strong command of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360), Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, or Brightspace, Ability to develop multimedia assets (graphics, audio, video) or guide their production, Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with SMEs and drafting learning materials, Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess learning needs and evaluate effectiveness, Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) for online content

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field. Master's degree preferred., 3-5 years of progressive experience in instructional design, preferably in an online higher education setting., Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful e-learning projects and course designs., Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment., Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., Experience with adult learning principles and competency-based education., Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
