In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging, effective, and innovative learning experiences for a diverse student population. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, educators, and multimedia specialists to transform complex topics into clear, concise, and compelling instructional materials across various modalities. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, accessible, and impactful online education. Skills: Instructional Design Methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), Adult Learning Theories, E-learning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), Learning Management Systems (LMS) Proficiency (e.g., Canvas, Moodle), Curriculum Development, Needs Assessment, Learning Objective Creation, Assessment Design, Content Writing and Editing, Visual Design Principles, Accessibility Standards (e.g., WCAG), Project Management, Collaboration and Communication, Problem-Solving, Attention to Detail Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field. Master's degree preferred., 3-5 years of professional experience in instructional design or curriculum development, preferably in an online learning environment., A strong portfolio showcasing examples of e-learning courses, instructional materials, or other relevant design projects., Demonstrated ability to design and develop engaging online courses from concept to completion., Experience working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract and organize complex information into structured learning paths., Proficiency in developing multimedia elements for learning, or collaborating with multimedia specialists., Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in online learning and educational technology., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
