We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, performing variance analysis, developing robust financial models, and providing actionable insights to management to optimize business operations and achieve strategic objectives. Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions), Financial modeling and forecasting, Data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials), Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Attention to detail and accuracy, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, 2-4 years of progressive experience in a financial analyst or similar role, Proven experience with financial statement analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes, Solid understanding of corporate finance concepts and financial markets, Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, concise presentations for various stakeholders, CFA designation or progress towards it is a significant plus, Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
