We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dynamic healthcare research team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical trials from initiation to close-out, ensuring strict adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. This role involves patient recruitment, informed consent processes, data collection and management, regulatory documentation, and maintaining accurate study records. You will play a crucial role in advancing medical knowledge and improving patient outcomes within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Skills: Clinical Trial Management, Patient Recruitment & Retention, Data Collection & Entry, Regulatory Compliance (GCP, HIPAA), IRB/EC Submissions, Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Systems, Electronic Health Records (EHR) Proficiency, Phlebotomy (desirable), Strong Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Problem-Solving, Attention to Detail Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a health-related or scientific field (e.g., Nursing, Biology, Public Health), Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role, In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and HIPAA, Proficiency with clinical trial management software and Microsoft Office Suite, Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and research teams, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail, Certification such as CCRP (Certified Clinical Research Professional) or CCRC (Certified Clinical Research Coordinator) is highly preferred
