This role is crucial in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective online learning experiences for a diverse student population. The specialist will collaborate closely with faculty and subject matter experts to transform traditional content into interactive digital formats, utilizing various educational technologies and instructional design principles to ensure high-quality, accessible, and impactful learning outcomes. Skills: Instructional Design, Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration, E-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), Curriculum Development, Multimedia Development (audio, video, graphics), Project Management, Adult Learning Theory, Assessment Design, Accessibility Standards (WCAG) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a closely related field. Master's degree preferred., 3+ years of professional experience in designing and developing online courses or digital learning content., Proven proficiency with at least one major LMS (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, Brightspace)., Demonstrated ability to apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles., Strong portfolio showcasing e-learning development projects and instructional design expertise., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly., Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative educational environment., Familiarity with data analytics for learning improvement is a plus.
