Skills: Python, Go, Java, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, Express.js, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Microservices, Distributed Systems, System Design, CI/CD, Git, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Tuning Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development., Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Node.js) and associated frameworks., Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining highly scalable, reliable, and secure APIs and services., Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling., Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)., Excellent grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles., Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence., Experience with agile development methodologies and a collaborative team environment., Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
