Skills: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Critical Care Nursing, Triage and Assessment, Medication Administration, Electronic Health Records (EHR) proficiency, Crisis Intervention, Team Collaboration, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, Stress Management Requirements: Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California, Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an acute care Emergency Department setting, Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire, TNCC certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire, Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed, Demonstrated excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
