You will collaborate closely with various departments to analyze financial trends, prepare budgets and forecasts, and present actionable recommendations to senior management. Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions), Financial modeling and valuation techniques, Data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, Attention to detail and accuracy Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role, Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus, CFA designation or MBA is a significant advantage, Legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship
