We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our dynamic educational team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating engaging and effective learning experiences across various modalities, including online courses, blended learning programs, and in-person workshops. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, faculty, and technical teams to transform complex content into clear, concise, and compelling instructional materials that meet defined learning objectives and foster student success. This role requires a blend of creativity, pedagogical expertise, and strong project management skills to deliver innovative learning solutions. Skills: Instructional Design Methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle), E-Learning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360), Multimedia Development (audio, video, graphics), Adult Learning Theories and Pedagogy, Curriculum Development, Project Management, Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration, Learning Analytics and Evaluation, Accessibility Standards (WCAG) Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field., 5+ years of progressive experience in instructional design, preferably within a higher education or corporate learning environment., Demonstrated experience designing and developing a variety of learning solutions, including online courses, blended programs, and workshops., Proficiency with at least two major LMS platforms and leading e-learning authoring tools., Strong portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects and deliverables., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into user-friendly content., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., Deep understanding of best practices in online learning and adult education principles.
