We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Instructional Designer to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating engaging and effective learning experiences that drive professional growth and achieve organizational objectives. You will apply expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and cutting-edge learning technologies to transform complex content into accessible and impactful courses, workshops, and digital modules. This role requires a creative problem-solver with a passion for continuous learning and a proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across various departments. Skills: Instructional Design Methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile), Adult Learning Theories (Andragogy, Constructivism), Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content deployment, E-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate), Multimedia development (video, audio, graphics editing), Curriculum Development, Learning Needs Analysis, Assessment Design, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Technical Writing, Data Analysis (for learning effectiveness) Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field., 7+ years of progressive experience in instructional design and e-learning development, preferably in a corporate or higher education setting., Demonstrated experience designing and developing a wide range of learning solutions, including online courses, blended learning programs, workshops, and performance support tools., Proficiency with at least one major LMS (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Cornerstone, Workday Learning)., Expert-level proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360., Strong portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects and successful learning outcomes., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities., Proven ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
