We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend services that power our core products and enable new features. You will contribute to architectural decisions, ensure code quality and system reliability, and mentor junior engineers, playing a critical part in shaping the future of our platform. Skills: Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js), Strong understanding of API design and development (RESTful, GraphQL), Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and message queues, Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles, Experience with version control systems (Git), Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying scalable, high-performance backend systems, Experience with large-scale data processing and real-time systems is a plus, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, Strong ownership mentality and a commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable code, Prior experience mentoring junior engineers is highly desirable
