Skills: Strong knowledge of high school science curricula (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science), Excellent pedagogical and classroom management skills, Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans, Effective communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and staff, Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Google Classroom), Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs, Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and inquiry-based learning environment, Data analysis for student progress and instructional improvement Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Education, or a related field, Valid state teaching certification/license in Science (Grades 9-12), Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching high school science preferred, Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students, Successful completion of a background check and fingerprinting, Familiarity with state educational standards and assessment practices, Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
