We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is crucial in supporting our strategic decision-making process through robust financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in budget management, performance tracking, and identifying opportunities for financial optimization across various business units. You will collaborate closely with various departments to provide insights that drive business performance and contribute to long-term financial health. Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Financial modeling and valuation techniques, Data analysis and interpretation, Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Strong written and verbal communication skills, Ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely, Analytical and problem-solving abilities, Attention to detail and accuracy, Time management and organizational skills Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field, 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role, Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles, Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, CFA candidate or MBA is a plus
