We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Instructional Designer to join our dynamic educational content team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and development of engaging, effective, and innovative learning experiences for our diverse student population. You will apply advanced instructional design principles and learning theories to transform complex concepts into accessible and impactful educational modules, courses, and programs. This position requires a creative problem-solver with a strong understanding of educational technology and a commitment to learner success. Skills: Advanced proficiency in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), Expertise in adult learning theories and cognitive psychology, Strong command of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Moodle, or Blackboard, Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360), Experience with multimedia development and graphic design principles for learning, Curriculum development and assessment design, Project management and organizational skills, Data analysis for learning effectiveness, Excellent written and verbal communication skills Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field, Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in instructional design, preferably in a higher education or corporate learning environment, Proven track record of developing and implementing successful online and blended learning programs, Portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects and deliverables, Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt to emerging educational technologies and trends, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on learner outcomes
