Skills: Critical Care Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Electronic Health Records (EHR) Proficiency, Patient Assessment, Medication Administration, Ventilator Management, Hemodynamic Monitoring, Effective Communication, Team Collaboration, Crisis Management Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's preferred, Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience in an ICU or Critical Care setting, Current BLS and ACLS certification required upon hire, Demonstrated strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care, Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health record systems
