We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services that power our core products and platforms. This role involves working closely with product managers, front-end engineers, and other stakeholders within an agile development environment to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology, a commitment to quality, and a desire to mentor junior engineers while driving best practices in software development. Skills: Python, Java, Go, Spring Boot, Django, RESTful API Design, Microservices Architecture, SQL Databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL Databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Design Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field., 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects., Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go) and associated frameworks., Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles., Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development., Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices., Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills., Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams., Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives.
