We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis. You will be responsible for preparing detailed financial models, analyzing performance trends, and providing insightful recommendations to management to drive efficiency and growth. Skills: Financial Modeling, Data Analysis, Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Presentations, Budgeting & Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Financial Reporting, GAAP Knowledge, Communication Skills, Problem-solving, Attention to Detail, Critical Thinking, ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field., 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related FP&A role., Proven experience in building and maintaining complex financial models and conducting scenario analysis., Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metrics., Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present them clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong aptitude for collaboration., Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable., CFA or CPA designation, or progress towards one, is a plus.
