Skills: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / PPC, Social Media Marketing (Strategy & Execution), Content Marketing (Strategy, Creation, Distribution), Email Marketing (Platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot), Marketing Analytics (Google Analytics, Data Interpretation), CRM Software Experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), A/B Testing & Experimentation, Strong Written & Verbal Communication, Creativity and Innovation, Project Management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field., 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing roles., Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns., Highly proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms., Solid knowledge of website analytics tools., Experience with A/B testing and experimentation., Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking., Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment., Portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
