Skills: Curriculum Development, Differentiated Instruction, Classroom Management, Laboratory Safety and Procedures, Educational Technology Integration, Student Assessment, Collaborative Teamwork, Effective Communication, Critical Thinking Promotion, Mentorship Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field from an accredited institution., Valid State Teaching License/Certification with a Science endorsement (Biology and/or Chemistry)., Demonstrated experience teaching high school science, preferably Biology and Chemistry., Strong understanding of modern pedagogical practices and educational theories., Ability to create an inclusive and equitable learning environment., Successful completion of a background check and fingerprinting., Master's degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
