In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services across various digital channels. Your primary goal will be to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and optimize customer acquisition through data-driven strategies. You will work closely with our sales, product, and content teams to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and targets. Skills: SEO/SEM strategy and execution, Content marketing development and management, Social media marketing (paid and organic), Email marketing automation and campaigns, Google Analytics & Google Ads expertise, Marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Data analysis and performance reporting, A/B testing and optimization, Copywriting and content creation, Project management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and execution, Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that achieved measurable results, Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices, Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions, Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Experience with marketing budget management and vendor relations, Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or relevant marketing automation platforms are a plus
